What is the Redwood Empire Dental Society?
The Redwood Empire Dental Society (affectionately known as REDS) is a voluntary membership organization of dentists and dental specialists in the Northern California area encompassing Sonoma, Lake, and Mendocino Counties. We are a local component of the California Dental Association (CDA) and the American Dental Association (ADA). Our duties to members include publishing information regarding dentistry, holding educational classes and membership events, and speaking as a voice of dentistry in Northern California. We assist the public by giving non-medical information on dentists and dentistry, as well as offering referrals and adjudication of complaints against member dentists.
We represent dentists in Sonoma, Lake and Mendocino Counties in accord with the California Dental Association and the American Dental Association. In addition, we work to resource our communities by providing referrals to those seeking dental care.
